HOW TO JOIN
1. Contact us via EMAIL or via PHONE (520-339-5934).
***Membership in BFAZ Professional (Pro) is by audition only. Contact the Director if interested.***
2. Download, fill out, sign, and bring the Membership Packet; also make sure to read the BFAZ Rules and Regulations to know what BFAZ expects of dancers (see below).
***All forms MUST be properly fill out and signed.***
3. Pay the $80 Annual Registration Fee upon enrolling.
***The Registration Fee is paid upon first enrolling and by January 1st of every year.***
4. Pay the Monthly Fee ($35-$45 depending on group/level).
***Contact the Finance Administrator (Rosalba Osuna) for any questions***
5. Make sure you know the DAY and TIME of our next practice and come ready to dance.
Don't forget to bring water!
Open spots for each class will be given on a first-come first-serve basis to dancers who have fully completed ALL membership requirements. Membership is not considered complete until all membership forms and payments have been submitted.
PRACTICE ATTIRE AND ACCESSORIES
UNIFORMS
All students (regardless of level) are required to wear black form fitting sports attire. Additional things to bring (e.g., accessories) vary depending on group/dance level. See details below.

MONTHLY FEE DUE DATES (2022)
Monthly membership fees are due by the 1st of each month.
NOTE: Late fees will be charged if the monthly fees are NOT paid by the DUE DATE. There is a $5.00 late fee for payments made between the 2nd and 5th of the month and a $10.00 late fee for payments made between the 6th and the 9th of the month.
Dancers (or their parents/guardians) who do NOT pay all of their fees by the 10th of each month will be denied entrance, the dancer will be dropped from the group, and their spot will be offered to someone in the BFAZ Waitlist. Dancers who wish to return after being dropped will be charged a $20 Reactivation Fee (in addition to their monthly fee).
